By the way...I gave this a slight turn. 6 degrees. It almost as if the momentum of the "cause" has brought the whole compass into motion. I imagine that the staff of Causeworth is motivated by their mission more so than other insurance types.

Here's a twist on the compass theme. The orange arm launches off the axis and twists into a "cause ribbon" which changes direction moving behind the north arrow.
I think there is an interesting juxtaposition between the static compass and the curving ribbon, not just visually, but also thematically. To me it feels like the same thing happening with the Causeworth name and mission.
