Please remove the gradient effects on both the logo and name and resubmit.
I think the C in the logo may be brilliant, but I'd like to see it plainly...
Can you show it as presented here and with the 'point' going down 45degrees? (e.g., making a straight vertical and horizontal with its planes.)
I'm not sure the W is needed at all given the strength of the C itself. If anything it should be centered within the circle.
I can picture using the C in advertising as a way to show the client's cause. Sort of a "you are here" effect.
As I said above, potentially brilliant.
We'd also need to use the same adjusted letter as the C in the name - and the first letter should likely be capitalized anyhow to balance out the ascenders in the th at the end.
I love the sense of movement, direction, and boldness. The logo could be used as a frame, an arrow, etc. Of course I've got a feeling that there will be potential trademark issues with this one.
Any chance there's some aspect to the logo or story that I'm missing?
