I don't think the "little man" concept will work for us. The posture is a little ambiguous - it's hard to show "charitable" through human action - and I'm not sure that it's worth the effort to do so. It's especially hard to do it with a faceless character. This may be suffering a bit from my recent exposure to this image http://www.stokefire.com/blog/2008/12/graphic-design-degree-fail.php that has me thinking... well... the wrong thoughts about various stick figure postures.
The placement of the logo within the name is intriguing, but it seems to violate the name's intent. The two words are meant to be taken as a single concept. Breaking them apart takes away the flow.
It's difficult to rate the font selections due to the differing backgrounds. The first font may work, but it is so light on the white background that I can't see it very well.

I'd suggest looking in a new direction. The line drawing execution is something worth pursuing, but probably not with another little guy. Looking forward to more concepts from you.

I make a simple charitable person icon, just like the identity of the company. I choose a soft orange color for the font to give a warmth image to the audience..I also give three kind of different font...hope you like it with my concept..
