You're right about what the insurance guarantees or offers, but we don't see the "c" you mention. It appears to be a 9 to us.

This concept probably won't work as presented. Others of yours are strong - we suggest going with them.

The cap H at the end is too harsh. Like the balance concept, but the ascender already provides what we need.

While it looks pleasing we're not sure what the story behind the logo is. Is it still a hugging figure? Is the message "love in every direction?"

If we can see how hugs connect to insurance then perhaps I can find a way to use this. Might be a little too soft...
