Three stars for the concept, one for look and feel. We like the idea of the bolt, and the iconic nature (easy to remember and duplicate) but it feels very "web 2.0" which is something we want to avoid. If there were a way to make this a bit more classic. Perhaps by using a single font treatment?
The reason why the concept doesn't score higher itself is that it seems to have three elements that don't play well together intuitively (at least we can't really figure out the story.)
There's the
1) "o" target that is being struck by the
2) lightning bolt which is connected to the
3) yellow box that evokes a word balloon that contains
4) a stylized "c" that has been turned into an arrow (to indicate giving back)
It seems that the logo "c" might be better placed over the first "c" of the name. Perhaps dropping the lightning bolt and keeping the square treatment and the arrow... If you do this, try it on a plain background with the bold text already in use for the whole thing. It's probably a 3 star logo, but perhaps you can find a way to improve on it.
