This would certainly stand out but I think there's maybe too many colors and the block lettering would be better suited for a toy/kids product.
The teas are a bit upscale so if you can, please try a more refined design.

A bit colorful with the dark blue background focuses on standing out from other tea companies and their packaging. Cut a copy of this place on a tea bag or box and compare with other companies and you will see the difference. The letters can be color changed to your request.
