I think I like this better than your previous one. The colors make the label stand out more.
With this Zodiac Tea logo, I'm not sure if the antennae on the "o" are necessary. Also, on print, I think with the background behind "Zodiac Tea" also being gold, I think it might make it hard to read.

This time I'm giving the label an Asian look since most of the world's finest tea is grown in Asia. The logo has this feel too. Please let me know if you like this concept and whether you have any additions that I need to add to the design.

The letter "O" is actually the sign of "Taurus". I will upload a new design soon which I think you'll like.
