Thanks for the updated design. I like the tea dust idea. The label has to be a rectangle however (3"w x 4"h) Also, I think I'd get rid of the stars near the sign name and refine the description type a bit so it's easier to read and better laid out.
The Zodiac Tea logo on top could use some work as well. Maybe you can try a more simple type and some brighter colors instead of the "earthy" feel?
