Actually we do not put 'props' like sunglasses / mustache to the picture ... we do it by putting Your own face inside a 'frame' (the frame could be the Mona Lisa, Superman or just a very neat wooden photo frame). Hope it helps.
Also we need 2 things - the logo featuring the name 'look at me' and the App icon.

Hi, here is my interpretation of your brief...I understand it as a tool to manipulate and have fun with photographs. So I have used a couple of photos(they're from i-stock, if you're wondering what the white diagonal lines are) and on the top one, I tried to give the guy a clown's features...colors can be changed.
