I like the text, but the eye isn't working for me and the arrow is so small I thought it was a little cruicifix at first, so probably something graphically bolder (not as detailed) and I'm thinking the whole eye thing is just going to be a problem across the board.

I was just browsing to find something to work on, great timing :) I read your brief carefully, and after doing so, I had to take a shot at a partial abstract of your original idea. Hope you like it! more on the way.
