I like your ideas and the circle does allude to an eye without looking clinical or ophthalmological. I think your fourth speaks to me the most loudly, so keep reading for comments. The cycle-style arrows don't work for me as well as the straighter ones, maybe too many recycling logos or other sorts of cycles.

Using a solid circle and ring as an abstract eye, I think these are good abstract ways to combine your original ideas of an eye & arrow.This first turning arrow logo most resembles an eye out the four—not sure which direction you'd like to go in.
