Circle idea with speech bubble element. Instead of just an arrow I went for a compass idea. As a consultant you guide and direct your client with the best possible course of action.

Change of font and the placement and size of the arrow. I feel the original logo might be too big for the size of the text.

Went for a stronger font for the type.

I like the thought behind it and the bold, simple approach. To my eyes, the italic text doesn't go with the rest, but I'm sure we could look at other text options. Thanks for the idea.

I really appreciate trying something different. I'm worried about the interesting details of the semi-transparent curves disappearing in some printing--have you used designs like this in printed applications and seen it work out well?
