I like the full triangles better, bolder and stronger to my eyes. I can't decide if I like the open circle up or down better.

Another nice one, thanks. I like this one better than the one with the blue dot. Tell me about the "upsight" not being centered with the "consulting", is that by design? It may look better this way (I have a hard time visualizing some variations), so I thought I'd ask.

I like this one better than the glossy version. I'm concerned that the "t" is hard to read quickly, but may be due to these colors. What if the "+" at the top of the "t" were the same color as the text? Or maybe just a "t" with the ...(more)

I like the idea of these, but the color contrast seems to alarming. I think I like your other one better, with the reverse consulting as the base.

Sorry for the slow response...holiday weekend. I like it quite a bit, but am a little worried about the end of the G disappearing off the edge. Simple but nice.

Using a solid circle and ring as an abstract eye, I think these are good abstract ways to combine your original ideas of an eye & arrow.

This first turning arrow logo most resembles an eye out the four—not sure which direction you'd like to go in.
