Public creative brief

Our company is the main issuer of the voucher branded products in Latin America, and a leading provider in the development of business for the benefit and prepaid card market in the region.
Starting operations in Mexico more than two decades ago, our company owns a 30% market share, with more than 2 million service users and 18,000 affiliated service providers, our endeavor to constantly delight our customers and users continues.

By simplifying and facilitating everyday life and promoting employee well-being, we help our corporate and public institution customers improve their performance with easy-to-deploy products: meal and food purchases, gasoline vouchers and incentive programs.

Our 2 core offerings are:
a) Employee Benefits: Meal vouchers, food and basic products vouchers and gasoline smart cards
b) Distribution companies cost control: A smart-card microprocessor technology to control the refueling process in their trucks.

The challenge here is to refresh our brand to evolve our corporate strategy accompanying the company's move to a market take over. Building on our company's promise of client proximity, the brand is now encapsulated in the idea ‘what matters to you, matters to us’, in that the company strives to provide the best possible innovative solutions to attract, motivate and retain employees, citizens, distribution networks and consumers.

You, as a professional designer, will be appointed to refresh the visual identity and create a look and feel around the evolved brand idea. We are expecting you to translate the organizing idea into a creative driver – ‘reflecting our clients’ – and used this theme to inform the complete brand expression, from font and tone of voice right through to graphics and imagery.
