The speech bubbles are hard to recognize as such. the tail of p seems like it should be pointing the other way. Also, there is still no 'social media' (Spark Social Media is the biz name). Lastly, probably because of the two tone blue, its a bit too aquatic.

here's the revised version. I remove the orange accent in 'a' , since now we have two separated bubble speechs in 'p' and 'a', and incorporate them with splash of sparkling lights above. The tail in 'p' and 'a' is now saying
"Igniting Business Online" altogether..(I put this tagline as your request.
