We like this but would like to see the garlic bulb replaced with something else. We are leaning towards not using the garlic bulb anymore.

I opted to retain the garlic to help with the visual recall. Your brand has been identified with this image already, so I just played with it, incorporating it with the rest of the logo. I made the garlic look like a heart - to give that feeling that all your products are lovingly made and good for the heart. Hope you like it.

Used another font for readability but similar concept with earlier submissions.
