The color scheme seems to be a little dark, and the contrast is not big enough to clear 'see' the name.
Also, I'd be caution in requiring use of 'gradient' color change because the display on mobile devices could not render as many color as a typical PC screen.

Here is my first attempt at your logo. I went with a nice sleek typeset for the font, classy colors and I created a splash graphic for the icon to fit with the 'dive' aspect, as well as ever so slightly hinting at a sharing 'pool'.
