Here are some progressions based on the previous design ...
What I've done is started from the original and subtly rounded the corners of the middle arrow, and moved it on (going from top to bottom).
The left column is the basic progression, and on some of them I've removed the middle white circle ... then the right column is taking the same progression but adding the t.
I've also changed the colour palette to something a bit more punchy.
