Disclosure: I created everything in my entry and I didn't copy anyone else's concept. (?)
I took another stab at it. Changed the colors to a warm palette to make it more inviting, also changed it to a modern font. The logo has TD, with two dots (eyes)to suggest the letters are also people standing together. Feedback is appreciated!
