I wish I had been able to participate sooner :)
I have a few different options to show you. Simplicity was key for these, in both colors and styles.
In the first example here, I simply represented a rabbit "hole" and placed it under Stu to emphasize the name. Stu and the "rabbit hole" could be used separately as an easily recognizable icon for your branding.
In the second example, I went a bit less simplistic, adding interest by the dotted lines representing the hopping path of the rabbit disappearing in the hole.
In the third, I adorned the letter u with the rabbit ears, nose and whiskers, (it actually looked pretty good with only the ears on the u, but I saw that had been done.).
