Here is a new improved version. I decided to make less gradients in the logo as I think it should be printed as well as published on a website. Now the gradients are balanced.
Also, as you have noticed, the "P" is like a beer handle and a beer glass. I think this idea is really unique, I've searched the web and no one has ever done this before. So your logo will be the first in the history.
