I went ahead with a few strong type-based designs. I think that works best, keeps the logo simple and classy. I didn't spend too much time worrying about colors so those can be changed.

Hi,

My submission aims to show the strength and sharpness of the blades through the typography, as well as visually communicating the job of a knife - to cut.

Simple and effective, and a nice strong, recognizable stamp.

i just think the tagline isn't have to be fixed at position.
let me know if you don't want it.
in this design, i put the tagline in 2 position.
