Do you think that the "main logo on black" would look good if the words Marketing Profits were in white? They fade into the black so easily when this logo is small. You don't need to make the change, I am just wondering if it would look good that way.

Disclosure: I created everything in my entry and I didn't copy anyone else's concept. (?)
This is good, the letters are regularily spread out and larger - easier to read - more prominent. Still maintaining a clean professional feel.Various samples for main logo included.
