I like the idea of having the word marketing be a different color. That really pops out. And I like it best all in one line. When it is split onto two lines the words Marketing Profits are invisible - really in all the color variations.
I really don't care for all lower case. Could you try this design with the MMP capitalized and just the all on one line version?
