Wow, I can see that you spent a lot of time pulling these logos together and I appreciate it. Of the ones you submitted this is the most workable.
I like the phone concept, the shadow is a particularly nice touch. The rings around it are nice. The phone itself will date the logo though as it will quickly become an outdated look.
I like the typestyle you have chosen. And the colors as well.
