Hi!
I'm presenting my proposal for the Medical Careers Online logo - in 2 background colors.
I used Mercury's staff as the main element -- Mercury is the God of Medicine and his staff has always been used a symbol for healing, medicine and service. I thought it would be fitting to use it as the focal point of the logo.
I went for a simple yet modern look. I avoided making it look too sci-fi or techie because that might diminish the credibility of the website it represents.
I hope you like this -- if you do, I am willing to tweak it further to meet your vision.
