The other possibility I see is using an adaption the "T" in the logo in the upper right hand corner as the start of the word "Tongue", and having it dip into the "C".
Does that make sense? It would make it kind of like the tongue is "sticking out" of the C, and connect the logo to the text nicely. The rest of the word "Tongue" would be all normal text (no more tongue on the "g". Could also do the entire word "Tongue" in red.
