Hi. thanks for your submission! I like where this is going. Check out http://paperrad.org/ and look at their colors. I really like those, they pop and don't feel so drab. It grabs your attention. play with that in the logo. I would consider making the black part of "talk" maybe a different color. And also maybe defining the tv set that 247 is in. Maybe even make it that black static. or black and white wiggly lines.
You're the designer, these are just some suggestions. I encourage you to try it out if you have the time and feel like it.

here's my take on your logo. Obviously gone for the low-fi look, also thought that maybe the concept should be kinda low-fi too, hence the Speech Bubble (Talk), your drawing of camera (tv show) and a sun and moon (24/7).
