I really, really like the font treatment of the name -- it has a nice separation and placement of "group". It just has nice balance and symetry.
The mark itself isn't working for me. The red hash marks are out of context from the name, too abstract. In addition, the red clashes with the blue in the "A".
Taken together, there's dissonance between the busy logo and the simplicity of the name treatment.
