Disclosure: I created everything in my entry and I didn't copy anyone else's concept. (?)

Here is my proposal. The "a" has an upwards arrow in the center for altitude but also shows a gradient for change in atmosphere, It would make a great favicon within todays 2.0 world. The font below is strong and simple but shows professionalism.

I can change the colour/font etc if you'd like to see different options. Feedback is appreciated.
