Thanks for the submission. I really like the way you did the name with the different shading, but still keeping it the same color family.
The logo itself doesn't work for me. The cloud obscuring the gauge actually makes it look like I can't see the gauge, can't see what the future brings. There are also too many hands on the gauge itself, making it hard to read.
