This "cooperplate" approach with the font is very strong, but it falls apart because of the gauge needle. That graphic looks almost like an exclamation mark, and also echos a sword and is incongruous with the rest of the strong, business-like mark.
With such a strong font, it would almost be better as just a word mark, but I'm not heading in that direction -- it would work well for a law firm, but not for my business.
