Also, I forgot to mention in my explanation of my concept . . . the to images in the back are purposely distorted and not identical in order to reflect the differences of the parties and their communication differences. Besides the circle representing bring the communcation developing "full circle", the lines represent the communication also becoming "full circle". Hope this all makes sense.

My basic concept is the connection of communication between the physicians and their patients that you are empowering them to create. My icon is very basic, two images in the back representing physicians, medical professionals and patients, as well as, you Mariche and your customers. The circle represents everything between these parties coming "full circle."
