Make sure you zoom in. It looks small because the logo is more elongated than normal, since it is for a blog header.

Disclosure: I created everything in my entry and I didn't copy anyone else's concept. (?)

The briefcase goes with the business theme while the arrow represents the "shift" in thought. Colors and typefaces are flexible.
