This is an interesting logo. I like the colours used and the fact that it communicates a grouping/merging of talent.

Hi this entry is based on a few thoughts...
First i was trying to abstractly capture a team of people, (freelancers, etc.. your target audience) all revolving around each other trying to obtain the same goal. Well, at least thats what I see in my mind.. Hope this offers a fresh approach to the previous designs..
