Good job. Like this direction. Some issue with the italicizing the letters on the right - I realize you may have done that to allow balanced kerning around the "V". But see if you can play with that some - straightening those characters out w/o leaving large kerning space. Perhaps another font style as well would work.
The font for 'live life well' does not work with the rest of it in our view. You're close!

In this design I have created the "V" in Vita as your stand-alone icon. The icon is that of a joyful expression of human emotion! Hands raised in a celebration of life!
