This is my first submission to your logo project. I believe logo will successfully represent your family practice. I have combined the global symbol for diabetes with a dove – symbolic for hope. I believe this combination speak to your practice, working on prevention and health management, rather than the more clinical side. The logo is simple enough to be successful in a multitude of formats, be it stationery, web, clothing, etc. It has a very warm, touching, peaceful feel. Also, the icon is easily separated from the logo to act as a recognizable signature, favicon, etc. I am happy to make any modifications upon your request.
