I designed a clean logo in brown tones. Brown evokes chocolate so i think it's easily linked to the product. But maybe packaging colors could have another ones to stand out the logo. The ribbon under tipography refers the gift symbol you mentioned.
Initially, i designed four variations:
- original: in dark brown
- light brown: in lighten brown to show with dark background
- plain dark: to prove the high contrast
- gradient brown: a softer variation
