Based on previous text only logo, but now incorporating my earlier oval background to place the iconic 'h' as a logo/symbol.
So in effect the elements can be used on their own or together as you see fit.
I realise you said there was no need to add the word chocolates, but I just like the way it looks, really adds some class due to the clean typeface, the open lettering plus it re enforces your brand, when you are not using the logo with some obvious chocolate products, so when you are creating business cards etc, having the 'Chocolate' strapline is useful to sum up what it is you do.
I really think it's important to have this or at least another strapline as part of the harmony brand, it;s something I advise all my clients as it really helps strengthen the brand and leaves no one in any doubt what it is Harmony is about.
