My proposition for your logo uses a minimalistic typographic solution to communicate everything about your company.
A. What it does. (Graphic representation)
B. Accuracy and reliability (Simple, Clean, Bold and strong typography)
C. Speed (With a forward marching element in the logo embedded within the D of Duplication).
I had a look at the intended web template for the site as well, and it fits right in too.
