Hi! Here is my first idea for you. I'm using a rendition of a Nautilus Shell to convey the steps of change, personal or professional, and audio like putting a shell to your ear to hear the ocean.

Also using ITC Legacy Serif for a clean, professional look.

Your input is most appreciated.
