Idea - based on your original. If it ain't broke don''t fix it. A revisions of your older logo, the inspiration comes from two sources:
1) Desire to succeed welling up in the individual.
2) The stripes are designed to resemble a graduation cloak with it's telltale marking that indicates a successful graduate.
