Here's my proposal for your company logo. I tried to make a difference between the two letters to in order to illustrate the "person within a person". Both letters are similar, but one is serif and the other is sans .So as you can notice, they both contain the arrow. The "N" letter has an arrow that points down. The arrow in the "C" letter points up, which symbolizes and stands up for improvement, motivation and personal development. I think that this is a more subtle expression of the company's intentions, than the visual of a human figurine.
