A few more variations of the concept I submitted earlier.
I believe the concept of a star is very relevant to your business.... Not only due to the reaching for a star/success theory, but stars have always been used as navigational devices, showing direction and revealing much about how the world functions. They are timeless.
Again, both the sample on the left and right are very versatile, and retain their appeal in small scale, black and white.
