For the NC initials, I have created a visual that looks like a "teacher, wise guy" guiding a "student, young one" but at the same time still look like "NC" which I understood is the initials of the company founders.

I'm very happy with how this came out. The cube represents a strong, sharp, clean company. The "N" and "C" are both equally cut out. It is visually pleasing to look at as well.

Idea - based on your original. If it ain't broke don''t fix it. A revisions of your older logo, the inspiration comes from two sources:

the reason why i created this iconic representation of nightingale conant is because each leaf represents a part of the company. The triangular shape represents a pyramid of ambition and self improvement. The triangle is equilateral to demonstrate strength, balance and authority. Withing the triangle the human face looks upwards at future achievements. This logo is clean, memorable and authoritative.
