Great logo Barbarella! So many of us were going for the ethereal idea of the person within a person but you went right to the heart of N-C's audience.

Here is a simple and straight forward logo.

Here are 2 concepts for your logo. The top one simulates sound waves around gold letters ( gold for 50 years).

I created a really simple icon made up calming blue squares that gradiate towards a vibrant red center...this represents a journey towards self discovery. I explored two different treatments of the "square" icon and paired it with a clean, professional font.
