I decided not to incorporate a rocket ship in my design because I felt the name was metaphor enough. I emphasized the 'launch' by making it a different color and making it bigger to show that you provide a place for people to launch their businesses. Doing this I downplayed the 'pad' part and put little people over top to represent being able to work together and not be alone there. The colors may be changed to your liking. Let me know if this is the right direction.
