The logo is too complex and the text without personality.
Imagine it in a box in a supermarket, it doesn't seem fitting.

I just have a comment about the plant: that is grain and not rice. :)
Can you change it?

I love the idea of a subtitle but that is not so fitting. What about replacing it with: "a dream of Italy"?
