Really like the concept, especially the notion of the center graphic which invokes the notion of wings spreading, with a head (angel). Like the font and colors, but concerned about the size of the graphic. Perhaps more circles, or more tightly spinning circles (obviously we want to avoid looking nuclear).

Logo that captures the concept of innovation and health, the circles try to bring out the spirit of innovation which in theory is brought about by combined information to find something new. Font and colors are modifiable. :D
