Like the colors, fonts and general feel. The sweeping arrow reminds me of the CDW logo (www.cdw.com) and we are looking to avoid crosses (i.e. confusion with the red cross).
Disclosure: I created everything in my entry and I didn't copy anyone else's concept. (?)
a logo sets the identity of your organisation and should be stable and support what you do. The logo I have designed has used solid font, a memorable icon/image represents that will successfully translate your goals and aims. The logo is also friendly to different mediums which is an important part of its functionality. Too many details will bring down the logo and your company as whimsical or untrustworthy which is what I have stayed clear off.
